Designed for the Field Technician in mind!
The Electra® peristaltic pump is lightweight and compact. To use, simply attach an external power source such as a 12 volt deep cycle battery to energize the pump. A high performance motor consumes only 3 amps at maximum draw making Electra® peristaltic pump extremely efficient. The rugged Pelican™ 1300 case enclosure is made of impact and corrosion resistant ABS plastic to withstand demanding work conditions. Incorporating the most accurate and precise variable speed controller for consistent flow rates will ensure the technician reliable and consistent sample integrity when it comes to eDNA Sampling.

Constant Voltage Boosting Technology (CVBT)
Proprietary system that boosts a "low voltage battery" to an amazing range of 13.5-14.5 volts when the dial is turned up 100%. That means faster water discharge rates and more consistent pumping rates.

Push Button Back Flushing
Supplied with a push button reversible flow feature for back-flushing.

Precise Flow Technology:

Masterflex Easyload® 2 pump head design

Super strong - Lightweight Pelican™ 1300 case
The Electra® peristaltic pump utilizes a Pelican™ 1300 case that lends hand to durability and weighs only 8 pounds. The rugged Pelican™ case enclosure is made of impact and corrosion resistant ABS plastic to withstand demanding work conditions.

Low Voltage Disconnect Warning (LVD)
If the LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) light appears red (located next
to the low flow control dial), the pump
will shut off automatically
which indicates the battery
output voltage is 10.75 volts or lower.
In short, the
battery is reaching a “critical low level” so stop using
the unit immediately and please recharge your battery within 24 hours.

Fuse Replacement
Two fuses are located inside the 10-foot cigarette DC male power plug cord, please makes sure you check these two fuses before checking the internal fuse. Please replace with another 30 AMP glass fuse if blown. If the Internal Fuse “blows”, it will automatically shut off the pump. This only happens if you should accidentally “reverse polarity” the pump clamps to the battery. In addition, incorporated into the mother board is an internal 7.5 AMP fuse. The fuse is simple to replace. Please open panel to replace the 7.5 AMP fuse. It is located on the master board. Simply unplug the 10-foot power plug from the battery and then cut the cable ties that lock the case closed. Once gaining access to the fuse compartment you can now replace fuse with a new 7.5 AMP fuse. Now, hook up the power plug to the battery terminals again. Turn on the power and the pump is ready to use.

Push Button Back

Low Flow Control Dial

Super fast tubing load times; No more stretching and jamming silicon tubing through the pump head and definitely no more fiddling with screws to gain access to the pump head. Located on case exterior allowing the user to easily shut the enclosure.

Obtain precise sampling by utilizing simple dial-in technology using the rheostat on the side of the Electra® pump. Turn up the dial for faster pumping or turn down the dial to achieve the perfect low flow sample as low as 40 mLs per minute, in conjunction with the low flow control valve.
